This Agility Ladder encourages players to focus on drills that train explosive first steps and movements, agility, coordination and balance, as well as speed. This Agility Ladder is 20 feet long and contains 14 fixed rungs per ladder. Each ladder includes a black, mesh carry bag which makes for easy storage and transportation.
